Stuck in a small fishing town on the Baltic Sea, Julka sets out to study art in the city. After a series of disappointments Julka turns to a family friend to just help her get by. With a bit of luck and savvy, Julka ends up as a model for the most prestigious agency in Poland, introducing her to a world and lifestyle she never could have imagined. Before she knows it, Julka's mixed up in a love triangle with her tough boss Marlena and cynical photographer Kacper. A fish out of water tale that looks at what it means to decide one's own future.
